Pandan Chiffon Cake

The texture is very good but if can reduce the sweetness, it will be perfect!

Great texture, very fragrant.

Probably one of the best tasting Pandan chiffon cake. The vibrant color of the cake came from the Pandan leaves itself (not food coloring) and it’s very fragrant but it would be better if the sugar level can be reduced. It’s too sweet for my personal liking. (Speaking from someone who have a sweet tooth)

It’s pretty good! No artificial/chemical taste (apparently no preservatives), tastes like a ‘zhng’ version of pandan chiffon. The sweetness seem to have a hint of gula melaka to it.

I ordered the pandan chiffon cake yesterday and it was one of the best pandan cakes I have ever had! It had a lovely natural pandan colour to it. Taste-wise it was so rich in pandan flavour but at the same time soft and smooth and very light. I would definitely recommend it! It comes in the prettiest of boxes too, so it's perfect as a present 😬.
