Madam Ang KK by Old Seng Choong began its journey in 2024 with a rainbow of Ang Ku Kuehs, offering a wide selection of this traditional favourites as well as flavours with a modern twist. In conjunction with Singapore's 60th year of independence, Madam Ang KK strides out strong in 2025 with the introduction of its brand new dine-in concept with an expanded menu of a wider variety of dishes, at its latest location in Parkway Parade. Madam Ang KK's selection of irresistible Singaporean favourites adds colour to Singapore's bustling multicultural richness and diverse culinary heritage, renowned as one of the world's best culinary destinations.
The expanded menu spotlights an array of local delights, elevating every moment of the meal. Heartwarming dishes such as the well-loved Nasi Lemak, tangy and savoury Dry Mee Siam, cooked with the leaves of the aromatic kaffir lime, savoury Lor Mai Kai, and Chee Cheong Fan with a generous drizzle of sweet or savoury special in-house sauce, comforts the palate no matter the occasion or time of day.
Accompany these dishes with Sambal Prawn Petai, Curry Chicken, Beef Rendang and Fish Otah made with mackerel specially sourced and imported from Muar, Malaysia, and are exclusively available at the Parkway Parade outlet.
Sip and savour Singapore's beloved morning and afternoon staples, like Kopi and Teh, alongside favourite dishes. The coffee beans are specially curated and have a hint of hazelnut flavour. Pair it with toast, bun or croissant with Madam Ang KK's in-house kaya spread. Finish with a vibrant, colourful selection of Ang Ku Kuehs, Nonya Kuehs, and Red Date Cake with fragrant desiccated coconut for a snack or dessert. Each item on the menu is a sensory treat.
